An Office To Dream About

Years ago I passed up the chance to fly for an airline, but many of my friends decided to go for it. Over the years they endured all of the layoffs, the consolidations and the bankruptcies. Some fared well, others returned to other careers as school teachers and civil engineers. I took a different path, and went for corporate aviation. For over 7 years I flew for a corporation and we operated a number of different aircraft, ranging from a Cessna 411A at the start and 3 DC-3s, a Turbo Commander and a Hawker at the end. The flight department continued on while I pursued a different dream, that being an aviation insurance business I ran for 30 years until I sold it in 2004. |

But for many the dream of flying for the airlines remains alive and well, in particular for one young man from Brazil. To document his dream he prepared the following video:
