    Name an incident in recent memory that wasn’t human error and I’ll eat my logbook.
    The sooner we get distracted pilots out of cockpits – like Sully “Beautiful view of the river” Sullenberger and the crew of the Superjet 100 that turned off the ground avoidance warning system so they could make a name for themselves – the sooner aviation will get even safer.
