Your prescription must be no more than 1 year old and must
have your pupil distance measurement on it. This is the distance from one pupil to the other. Without this measurement we can not provide these lenses to you.

You can choose between non-polarized and polarized lenses. Non-polarized lenses are best for most people but in particular are important if you need to see any LCD screens likes those in aircraft displays, mobile computer devices or cell phones. Polarized lenses will provide some additional protection against glare.
The lens tints listed here provide a VLT (visible light transmittance) of approximately 16%. This means that 16% of visible light will pass through the lens and reach your eyes.
You can choose between gray, brown, graygreen, blue or clear lenses. However, these lenses are plastic lenses and can be tinted to almost any color or density. If you have a special need simply call us at 1 (866) 440-2461 and we will be glad to help.
We offer these lenses for single vision, bi-focal (with line) and progressive prescriptions.
If any of your prescription measurements are over +3.00 it will require that you request high-index lenses in order to keep the lens thinner in your frame. There will be an additional charge for high-index lenses.
